What’s a meme?the meme is…. πŸ‘‡

AnΒ Internet meme, more commonly known simply as aΒ memeΒ (/miːm/Β MEEM), is a type ofΒ memeΒ that is spread via theΒ Internet, often throughΒ social media platforms. Traditionally, a prominent form of such memes consisted ofΒ image macrosΒ paired with a concept or catchphrase. In some cases, these memes used words and phrases contain intentional misspellings (such asΒ lolcats) or incorrect grammar (such asΒ dogeΒ and “All your base are belong to us“). However, in more recent times, memes have evolved from simple image macros with text to more elaborate forms such as challenges,Β GIFsΒ andΒ viral sensations. These small movements tend to spread from person to person viaΒ social networks,Β blogs, directΒ email, or news sources. They may relate to various existingΒ Internet culturesΒ orΒ subcultures, often created or spread on various websites. Fads and sensations tend to grow rapidly on the Internet, because the instant communication facilitatesΒ word of mouthΒ transmission. Examples of such fads include posting a photo of people lying down in public places (called “planking“) and uploading a short video of people doing theΒ Harlem Shake. β€œDank” memes have emerged as a new form of image-macros, defined by the inclusion of more surreal and nonsensical themes.

Small business entrepreneurs have many opportunities that they can explore successfully; all they need is a great small business idea. All good business ideas do not require spending of greater funds, but surely need thorough research before you take a plunge. However, make sure that you give your time and have some clever marketing plans in place to get a good start.Operating and running a new business venture successfully is a tough job. According to a report, about 80% of new businesses close down in the first year. This is a huge failure rate. This should make you even more watchful about the steps you take to establish your startup. One of the reasons for the high rate of failure may be that many entrepreneurs chose a wrong business idea. Along with a clickable business plan, you need to have every branding material in place. You need to create a logo (not your task but a designer’s), label, brochure, packaging and everything in between. If you are planning to start your own business, then having that passion about entrepreneurship is not enough. You need to have a great business idea that is not only in demand but unique too. We have come up with great small business ideas that you may likely to consider in order to start your entrepreneurial journey. Let’s get started! Here Are The Top 30 Small Business Ideas For Beginners In 2020Print On-Demand (POD) Online BusinessPOD stands for Print on-demand and is perhaps the easiest way to make money online. The average time it takes to start a business like this is 3 to 5 days. The principle behind this is really simple:You sell unique tshirts that will be created after your customer places an order. You will then take the money from your customer and pay for the order.Your supplier sends the tshirt to your customer. You get the profit and you don’t even need to invest in stock or maintain a warehouse, it can’t possibly get easier than this. You can start selling tshirts, hoodies, tote bags and more in absolutely no time. But bear in mind that people buy tshirts based on what’s on them. This is also the hardest part of starting a POD business, as a lot of entrepreneurs are not designers, they are businessmen. If you want to start right now but don’t have that cool design, you can check our Graphic Design Services page. World renowned designers are waiting for your next big project, and the prices are really fair, starting at only $50.Or perhaps you already have some incredible designs that you want to print on something. In that case, you can go to our Shop and see for yourself how many different products you can start selling right now.Jump-start your POD Business with a bit of helpBrowse top designers and let them create your awesome designGet started for as low as $50 per design.Browse top designers and let them create your awesome design. You can resell the designs, they are royalty free and yours forever. You get ready for print files to start right away. You can revise the designs and ask for modifications until everything is pixel perfect.See DesignsPrint your design right now on a wide range of productsPrices start at only $12.53Print your designs right now on a wide range of productsPrint on T-shirts, Tank Tops, Hoodies, Wall arts and many moreYou get a special discount for bulk ordersNo minimum order restrictionsWe ship worldwideStart NowFood Truck BusinessPeople who love to cook or experiment with food usually dream to have their own restaurant. But unless and until someone is lucky enough to get funding during the initial stage, not everyone can afford to make such a big investment. Well, don’t get disheartened. If you are short of money then opening a food truck business can be one of the best business ideas with low investment.

Students pranks πŸ€ͺ of middle age Wikipedia

University students have been associated with pranks and japes since the creation of universities in the Middle Ages.[14][15][16][17][18] These can often involve petty crime, such as the theft of traffic cones and other public property,[19] or hoaxes. It is also not uncommon for students from one school to steal or deface the mascot of a rival school.[20] In fact, pranks play such a significant part in student culture that numerous books have been published that focus on the issue.[21][22]

You can be in business next week! When we travel we always strike up a conversation with Uber drivers and ask how they like it. Most of the time they are very positive. A valid driver’s license, a good driving history, and a reliable vehicle are all musts for this business.

Small Business Ideas Checklist
Now that you’ve seen the list of business ideas, it’s time to evaluate which ones are a good fit. While every business idea on our list is suitable for first-time owners and aspiring entrepreneurs, increase your success chances by doing your homework. When evaluating any small business ideas, here is a checklist of points to consider.

Does the business idea match your skills?

We all have at least one thing we do well. Take stock of your skills and identify what YOU know how to do well. Find business ideas where you can leverage your skills. Example: if you are good at writing and communicating, congratulations. You have a basic skill needed to be a freelance writer. To assess your skills, look at your accomplishments as an employee. Look at experience with school and community projects. Look at your hobbies, too.

Is the business a good fit for your personality?

Pick a business where you will feel comfortable because your personality is a natural fit. If you are an introvert who prefers to work at a computer, then business ideas involving online work may be perfect. If you love interacting with people, then find business ideas that put you face to face with other people. You are more likely to be successful if the role feels comfortable.

Are startup costs within your budget?

Keep your investment in your first business low. Run quick numbers to estimate what it will cost to launch your favorite business idea. Most of the business ideas above cost little to start. But a few may require a bit more investment in marketing, equipment, inventory or supplies. Make sure you can cover the cost.

Is licensing required?

Most of the above business ideas do not require licensing but a few do. For example, certain professions such as home contractors may require licensing. As a condition of that license you may also have to meet other requirements, such as carrying liability insurance. As you research ideas, check with your state, municipality, county or other local authority to identify all requirements.

What do people in similar businesses say?

Strike up a conversation with individuals who currently operate the business types on your short list. See how they feel about their businesses. You can also do research online. Search in Google to find forums and discussion boards for particular occupations, and read what members have to say. Similarly, search for Facebook groups or LinkedIn groups β€” there are groups for writers, marketers, social media consultants and other entrepreneurs who speak frankly.

Next Step on Your Small Business Ideas
As you evaluate your short list of business ideas using the checklist above, narrow the list down.

Look at these side businesses if possible. A side business keeps your risk low because you can continue to bring in a steady income at the same time you are building a business.

The goal is to identify the one best business idea β€” for you.

When you have isolated one business you are excited to try, outline a business plan. Address what it will take to launch and operate. Ask for help from friends and family whose opinions you value. Treat these people as your brain trust β€” your own informal board of directors for your future business.

Whatever business idea you chose – have confidence in yourself. Take action. Success awaits those who try!

I like the ideas that have few hurdles, primarily needing high levels of education or certifications. These let entrepreneurs get started and learn the ropes while the stakes are relatively low.

Nice post Annie. I have another to consider – Offer a litter cleanup service outside commercial properties. This service is provided on foot using simple hand tools. You contract with real estate management companies to maintain their properties litter free. I started this a a side gig in 1981 and grew it into a successful business that I still operate. I share my success in my book, Cleanlots – America’s Simplest Business, as well as provide free support. Would you be interested in learning more?

I would say to advertise on all social media accounts. Make a lot of friends on social media talk to everyone and anyone
Make specific business accounts instead of using your personal ones but ask friemds to support you their as well. Also there’s many free newspapers that allow advertising. You can advertise with a big beautiful creative sign outside of your home. If you don’t mind spending a small amount you can buy several hundred business cards online for 10-20 dollars. Hand those out at 3vents and gatherings. Just get creative word of mouth is what will get you the most buisness. Be patient and do your best and be super friendly people will talk about how good you are and calls will come in from that.
Good Luck!

Another scalable business that can deliver exponential growth is the advertising business. Learn how to run ads on Facebook and Google, which are both free with ample opportunities to learn, also for free. Then go to local companies, like the ones on this list, and offer to to run ads for them. Here are five ways to market these businesses on Facebook and Google:

1. Run ads 2-5 miles around the address to get local people to come into your store, or inquire about your service. This is hyperlocal advertising.

2. Serve ads to people who are searching for a service or product. These ads will be banners after the user finished the search query.

3. Post content to social media in places where there is a lot of free attention. In December 2019 that’s LinkedIn and Tik Tok.

4. This requires a little more help, and happy to share more on this, but run ads in the local area on Roku, Pluto TV, and Hulu. This lets you reach people who are disconnected from traditional TV.

5. Serve up banners to people who have recently bought complimentary products. These ads appear on top sites and apps like Yahoo, AOL, Flixster, CNN, and Zynga game apps.

Thank you for this informative post. In my opinion, this info is actual even now, in 2020. Many people around the world would like to change the office work and looking for some alternative options due to the pandemic situation. So, your list of jobs is very relevant nowadays.

However, there are many new professions, the essence of which is to serve online businesses or social media influencers. If you do not want to be an Instagram blogger, you can be his assistant, his project manager, graphic designer, or just edit photos in Photoshop. So, you can easily convert your current office work into the online one.

Best business ideas for early earning or 18 years + earning

If you dream of clocking out of your nine-to-five job for the last time and becoming your own boss, you’ve probably considered a variety of small business ideas. But, while you have plenty of passion, direction can be hard to find.

To help, I’ve pulled together small business ideas for anyone who wants to run their own business. Use these as a jumping off point to spark your own unique ideas:

And if all else fails, live the words of Airbnb Co-founder Brian Chesky: “If we tried to think of a good idea, we wouldn’t have been able to think of a good idea. You just have to find the solution for a problem in your own life.”

Ready to take things to the next level? This ultimate guide to entrepreneurship can help you do more than dream up a good idea. It can help you turn it into reality

1. Dropshipping

Are you looking to sell products online but don’t have the money to buy and store inventory? Consider dropshipping! Dropshipping is an ecommerce business model in which you don’t have to manage any physical products. All you have to do is set up an online store, and partner with suppliers who’re ready to store, package, and ship orders to your customers. What’s more, you don’t need to spend hours on product research because you can use dropshipping apps like Oberlo to find awesome products to sell. A lot of websites out there are hosted on WordPress, and almost every WordPress website owner requires support in form. So, if you’re familiar with the ins and outs of this platform, you’ll have several opportunities to make money. Clients may contact you to fix their CSS, find and address security holes, and more. Contrary to the popular belief, you don’t actually need to invest in designing a large commercial kitchen. A meals-to-go business can also be managed from a shared rental kitchen. These places are usually equipped with all the essential supplies and can be rented by the month, day or hour. You can find shared-use, licensed commissary kitchens through websites like The Kitchen Door.

You can hire a bunch of people on a freelance basis and create your own website testing company. During projects, your employees will receive a set of questions that they need to answer as they navigate a company’s website. Through video, they’ll community their initial thoughts on the current user experience and how the site could be improved. You can find work through websites like UserTestingFerpection, and TryMyUI

Companies like ShutterstockAdobe Stock and the like are always on the search for enticing images. You can get started by listing a few of your existing photos on these platforms. Once you’ve submitted your photographs, wait for people to download them. Most stock photography websites pay you a royalty for every download on their platform. Another option is to launch your own photography website and sell images directly to people, which is only viable if you have the resources to invest in marketing.

Plus, there’s no limit to the number of students you can enroll in your class. To start a virtual dance studio, you’ll need to invest in a video conferencing software such as Zoom. You’ll also need high-speed internet to ensure there are no lags or buffering during the live stream. Make sure to arrange enough classes per month so that your students learn their routines fast. If you have a passion for creating your own unique choreography, you may also find opportunities to partner with dance schools to give their students access to your content on a membership basis.

19. Print-on-Demand

If you’re looking for successful business ideas to execute, try print-on-demand. This is when you sell your own custom designs on items like phone cases, mugs, and t-shirts, but don’t actually print the artwork. Instead, you collaborate with suppliers who print your design on the product – they’ll even package and ship the product to your customers, so you don’t have to worry about logistics. Also, you only pay once you have sold the products. One of the quickest ways to get started is to create a Shopify store and install a POD app like Printify. In terms of marketing, partnering with influencers to promote your POD items is an effective way to reach out to the audience.

20. Instagram Consulting

With increased consumption of online video content, there’s certainly a need for people who can record, edit, cut, and publish videos. Starting a video production company, therefore, might turn out to be a lucrative business idea for you. The initial investment in this business is a basic lighting set, wireless microphones, one to two cameras (and lenses), and editing software like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro. See if you can find second-hand varieties for some of this equipment in order to reduce startup costs. You can offer to produce video content for companies’ YouTube channels, manage graduation and wedding videography, and more. While there’s no restriction to the types of projects you can do, specializing in a niche makes it easy to stand out in a busy marketplace.

Do you have acquaintances who lack proficiency in computer software? If so, you can set up your own software education business and enroll students on a monthly basis. Pupils might include entrepreneurs looking to build on their IT skills, or other small business owners looking to master software like Excel and PowerPoint. If you have the expertise, you can lead from the front by teaching most of the classes. As your business grows and more people sign up to your programs, you can hire freelance software experts to teach students based on their area of expertise. Although you can rent out space for classroom lectures, consider hosting virtual classes to keep costs low and expand your business to international markets.
